肺靶向卡铂泡囊的制备工艺
Study on preparation of niosome entrapped carboplatin
【摘要】 目的:对卡铂非离子表面活性剂泡囊的制备工艺进行考察,并评价其质量。方法:用薄膜分散法制备卡铂非离子表面活性剂泡囊,并对其形态学、包封率、pH值和表面电荷等性质进行了研究。结果:卡铂非离子表面活性剂泡囊球形圆整,大小较均匀,算术平均径为3.26 μm,包封率为29.16%,pH值为6.4,电性呈中性。结论:非离子表面活性剂泡囊的制备工艺对其质量有较大影响,以非离子表面活性剂为载体材料制备卡铂泡囊是可行的,选择薄膜分散法优化工艺制备得到的卡铂非离子表面活性剂泡囊,包封率较高。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation of Carboplatin entrapped niosome (CBP NS) and evaluate its quality.METHODS:The noisomes were prepared by hand shaking method.The morphology of CBP NS,the entrapment efficiency and the pH were studies.RESULTS:The niosomes were spherical with size of 2.0~10.0 μm and the extent of entrapment of CBP NS was 29.16%.The pH was 6.4.CONCLUSIONS:The technology of preparation of non ionic surfactant carboplatin vesicles is practicable and successful.
