【摘要】 目的 :研究尼美舒利骨架缓释片的制备及体外释放特性。方法 :采用卡波普、羧甲基纤维素钠等为骨架材料制备本品 ,通过溶出试验评价缓释效果。结果 :本品在pH 7.2缓冲液中可持续释药 12h ,释放规律符合零级动力学和Higuchi方程。结论 :本品处方较合理 ,制备工艺较简单 ,体外试验具有明显的缓释效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and in vitro releasing characterization of nimesulide sustained release tablets.METHODS:This tablet was prepared by carbopol CMC Na et al,the sustained release effect was appraised by dissolution test.RESULTS:It can be released continually in 12 hours in the pH 7.2 dissolution media,and the dissolution behavior fit zero order kinetic mechanism and Higuchi equation.CONCLUSIONS:This formulation is rational,technology is simple,release show sustaining.更多还原
