治疗药物监测信息软件的研制及环孢素治疗窗的建立

【摘要】 目的 :为临床药学工作者提供可自动建立有效血药浓度范围 (EBDCR)、自动进行数据统计分析、查询及输入数据简便的治疗药物监测信息软件 (TDMIS)。方法 :TDMIS程序用VISUALBASIC 5 .0开发 ,在WIN95操作系统上运行 ;对我院 2 6个月用荧光偏振免疫法所测定 2 0 2 6次血药浓度数据运用TDMIS程序分析并建立环孢素A(CsA)的理想治疗窗。结果 :TD MIS程序可在检索表的提示下选择性自动录入数据、具有多功能查询、数据统计分析和建立有效血药浓度范围等功能 ;0~ 3,3~ 6 ,6~ 12 ,12~ 2 4个月肾移植患者的CsA的EBDCR分别为 2 5 0~ 810 ,2 2 0~ 70 0 ,16 0~ 44 0 ,130~ 315ng·ml-1。结论 :TD MIS程序是开展治疗药物监测 (TDM)工作非常实用的工具 ,开展血药浓度监测尤其对男性、少儿、老年人及肾移植术后 0~ 3个月的CsA的监测更为重要

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide a therapeutic drug monitoring information software(TDMIS program) which could automatic set up effective blood drug concentration range,and process data analysis.METHODS:TDMIS program was written with visual basic 5.0 and run in windows 95 system.The 2 026 data of blood drug concentration,which was determinated with flurescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) among the 26 month at the hospital,was analyzed with TDMIS program to set up effective blood drug concentration range of CsA.RESULTS:The patient record could be added by displaying from the search tables with TDMIS program.TDMIS program provided more function.The normal rang of blood drug concentration could been set up with TDMIS program.The effective blood drug concentration range of the patients after 0~3,3~6,6~12,12~24 month of their renal transplant was separately of 250~810,220~700,160~440,130~315 ng·ml -1 .CONCLUSIONS:TDMIS program was a useful tool for blood drug concentration monitoring.It was essential to carry out blood drug concentration monitoring especially for male,children,old people and the kidney transplant patient who had been operated in three month.
