【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish an assay method for strychnine contained in waist and legs ache pills.METHODS:An HPLC was used.The analysis was carried out using spherisob cyano column (5 μm, 4.6 ×150 mm).The mobile phase consists of methanol water triethylamine acetic acid ( 9 800 ∶155∶15∶30),detection was set at 254 nm.RESULTS:The average recovery was 99.79% , RSD = 1.62% .CONCLUSIONS:This method is ripid and accurate.更多还原
