【摘要】 目的　探讨HPLC测定栀子苷含量。方法　十八烷基键合硅胶柱 ,流动相甲醇 水 (2 0∶80 ) ,检测波长 2 40nm。结果　检测量在 0～ 1.2 76 μg内 ,峰面积与浓度线形关系良好 ,回归方程Y =15 6 6 70 0X - 46 91,r=0 .9998。平均回收率为 99.2 5 % ,RSD =2 .78%。结论　方法简便快速 ,重现性好 ,可作为质量控制指标更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To estimate an HPLC for determination of gardenoside in Tuihuang oral liquid.METHODS Chromatographic olumn C 18 ODS;Mobile phase MeOH water (20∶80);detection wavelength 240 nm.RESULTS The linear regression equation was Y =1566700 x -4691, r =0.9998.The average recovery was 99.25% with RSD =2.78%( n =5).CONCLUSION This is a simple,accurate method which can be used for quantitative analysis of Tuihuang oral liquid.更多还原
