【摘要】 目的　研究痒安洗液的抗炎止痒作用。方法　采小鼠耳廓微循环实验法、二甲苯及蛋清致炎法、组胺致痒阈及体外抗菌MIC测定法观察。结果　痒安洗液可改善小鼠耳廓微循环 ,对抗小鼠耳二甲苯致炎及大鼠踝关节蛋清致炎 ,提高豚鼠组胺致痒阈及有抗菌作用。结论　痒安洗液对皮炎性瘙痒症有明显对抗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the anti inflammatory and antipruritus effects of Yangan lotion.METHODS The microcirculation of the mouses auricle was observed.The inflammation was caused by dimethylbenzene and albumen;The itch was caused by histamine and with extrinsis antisepsis.The MIC in vitro was also determined.RESULTS Yangan lotion improved the microcirculation of the mouses auricle,produced the anti inflammatory effects on the inflamed ear of the mouse caused by dimethylbenzene and the inflamed gymnoarthrosis of the hamster caused by albumen and relieved itching on the cavys place caused by histamine.CONCLUSION Yangan lotion had the obvious effects on dermatitis pruritus.更多还原
