【摘要】 目的 :对头花蓼 (PolygonumcapitatumHamexD .Don .)的黄酮类化学成分进行研究。方法 :采用硅胶和聚酰胺柱层析进行分离 ,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 :分离并鉴定 4个化合物 :槲皮素 (quercetin ,Ⅰ )、槲皮苷(quercitrin ,Ⅱ )、陆地棉苷 (hirsutine,Ⅲ )、槲皮素 3 O (2″ 没食子酰基 ) 鼠李糖苷 (quercetin 3 rhamnoside 2″ gallate ,Ⅳ )。 结论 :4个化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of flavonoids from Polygonum capitatum . METHODS: Compounds were isolated with silica gel and polyamide chromatography and their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Four compounds were obtained and identified as quercetin (Ⅰ), quercitrin(Ⅱ), Hirsutine(Ⅲ), quercetin 3 rhamnoside 2″ gallate(Ⅳ).CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
