【摘要】 目的 :研究大鼠口服吲哚美辛锌后对体内锌、铜浓度及其比值的影响。方法 :以原子吸收分光光度法测定血清和肝脏中锌、铜浓度。给药剂量分别为 1 2 5 ,2 5 ,3 75mg·kg-1·d-1,3 0d后测定血清和肝脏中锌、铜浓度。结果 :服用 3种浓度的吲哚美辛锌组与对照组比较 ,体内锌、铜水平无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,锌、铜比值也无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :提示口服吲哚美辛锌不会造成体内锌的聚集和锌、铜比值的失调。更多还原
