萘普生分散片的人体生物利用度

【摘要】 目的 :研究萘普生分散片在健康志愿者体内的相对生物利用度。方法 :单剂量口服萘普生分散片和胶囊剂 ,用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中药物浓度 ,计算生物利用度参数。以配对t检验与双单侧检验进行统计分析。结果 :分散片和胶囊剂的cmax分别为 60 72和 61 16μg·ml-1,tmax为 2 4 0和 2 5 0h ,AUC0 ∞ 为 1174 0 8和 1189 4 2h·μg·ml-1。分散片相对于胶囊剂的生物利用度为 98 71%。结论 :2种萘普生制剂生物等效。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of naproxen dispersible tablet in 10 healthy volunteers METHODS:According to the crossover design,each volunteer was orally given naproxen dispersible tablet and capsule The plasma concentrations were determined by HPLC Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated The analysis of variance and double single side t test were used as statistical analysis RESULTS:After a single oral dose,the peak levels in plasma averaged c max were 60 72 and 61 16 μg·ml -1 , t max 2 40 and 2 50 h, AUC 0 ∞ 1174 08 and 1189 42 h·μg·ml -1 for dispersible tablet and capsule,respectively The relative bioavailability of naproxen dispersible tablet was 98 71% compared with capsule CONCLUSION:The dispersible tablet and capsule of naproxen were bioequivalent
