油菜菌核病菌对多菌灵、菌核净抗药性菌株性质研究

【摘要】 通过紫外诱导在 PDA平板上获得抗多菌灵或菌核净的油菜菌核病菌抗药性突变体 ,突变频率 2 .4× 1 0 - 4~ 2 .4× 1 0 - 5。突变体与敏感亲本菌株相比菌丝生长存在个体差异 ,仅 85.7%的抗菌核净突变体表现致病 ,而所有敏感菌株及抗多菌灵突变体均能致病。抗菌核净突变体比敏感亲本菌株产菌核能力弱 ,并对渗透压表现敏感。研究表明抗菌核净突变体的生存竞争能力低于野生敏感菌和抗多菌灵突变体

【Abstract】 The resistant mutants of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum to dimethachlon and carbendazim were obtained at a frequency of 2.4×10 -4 ~2.4×10 -5 by treating mycelia fragments with UV ray in PDA medium. 85.7% of the dimethachlon resistant mutants showed normal pathogenicity on rapeseed leaves, while both their parent isolates and the carbendazim resistant isoltes expressed normal pathogenicity. The mycelium growth of resistant mutants and their parents exhibited difference. The dimethachlon resistant mutants had a weaker capacity of producing sclerotia and were more sensitive to osmotic pressure than their parents and carbendazim resistant isolates. The results showed that dimethachlon resistant mutants had lower pathogenicity and competition capacity than their parents isolates and carbendazim resistant isoltes.
