大豆豆腐产量微样品分析及其应用研究
A study on the technology of micro specimen measurement of tofu output and its application
【摘要】 选用 9个百粒重不同的大豆品种和 1个杂交组合为材料 ,分析了不同微样品用量相对于常规小样品分析的精确性 ,探讨了单粒微样品豆腐产量分析技术的适用性。结果表明 ,微样品用量大于或等于 2粒时可用于估计品种的干豆腐产量 ;单粒分析方法与常规小样品分析存在系统偏差 ,但适当增加重复次数仍具有相对比较价值 ,并可用于豆腐产量的遗传分析。应用微样品 1 / 1 0浆液分析对干豆腐产量进行估计时 ,样品用量宜在 6粒以上 ,微样品部分豆粉分析方法在样品用量大于 0 .2 0 g( 2 5g豆粉中抽取 )时 ,稳定性较好
【Abstract】 Nine soybean varieties with different 100 seed weight and one cross were used to study the technique of micro specimen measurement of tofu output and its application. The results indicated that the dry tofu yield of the micro specimen sizes with 2 and more than 2 seeds could be used to substitute for that of the minor specimen of 30g seeds; single seed with multiple replications can be used to determine the variation among varieties of the trait. The method of 1/10 liquid extraction of more than 6 seeds and the method of partial specimen of more than 0.2g from 25g grounded powder can be used in the situation of multiple or repeated measurements for tofu output.
