【摘要】 采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对 2 1 6只塞北兔血清转铁蛋白 ( Tf)、前转铁蛋白( Prt)、后白蛋白 ( Po)和白蛋白 ( Alb)等 4个蛋折位点的遗待多态性进行检测。结果表明 ,在塞北兔群体中 ,Tf和 Alb呈单态 ,Prt和 Po呈多态。Prt有 6种表型 ,受 3个共显性等位基因控制 ;Po有 3种表型 ,受 2个共显性等位基因控制。X2检验结果表明 ,塞北兔群体在 Po位点处于 Hardy- Wein-berg平衡状态 ( P>0 .0 5) ,在 Prt位点处于高度不平衡状态 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four serum protein loci of 216 Saibei Rabbits,including Transferrin(Tf),Pretransferrin(Prt),Postalbumin(Po) and Albumin(Alb),were detected by vertical ployacrlamide del electrophoresis The results show that two loci in Saibei Rabbit are monomorphic(Tf,Alb),two loci are ploymorphic (Prt, Po) There are six phenotypes in Prt which were controlled by three codominant alleles,three phenotypes in Po which were controlled by two codeminant alleles By X 2 fitness testing,the populaton of Saibei Rabbit lie in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state in Po and更多还原
