【摘要】 目的 :了解视力正常大学生眼的调节状态 ,探讨近视眼发病的各种影响因素。方法 :应用标准对数视力表对 31名视力正常大学新生进行远、近视力及相对调节力正、负贮备的测定。结果 :视力正常大学新生远视力平均值为 1.14± 0 .13;眼相对调节力正贮备平均值为 (- 4.35± 1.87) D,负贮备平均值为 (+ 2 .74± 0 .6 2 ) D,相对调节力为 (7.10± 1.92 ) D。结论 :视力正常大学生眼的相对调节力正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our purposes were to investigate the accommodative conditions of the eyes of undergraduate students with normal vision and to find out the influence factors on the incidence of myopia. Methods: Distant and near vision, positive and negative reserve of relative accommodative capabilities were measured on thirty one freshmen with normal vision by standard vision chart. Results: In this group of freshmen with normal vision, average value of distant vision is 1.14±0.13, average value of the positive and negative reserve of ocular relative accommodative capabilities is -4.35±1.87D and +2.74±0.62D respectively. Average value of the relative accommodative capabilities is 7.10±1.92D. Conclusion: The relative accommodative capability of the eyes of undergraduate students with normal vision are normal.更多还原
