【摘要】 目的 :对比国产涤纶片与进口硬脑膜片在后巩膜加固术中的作用。方法 :选 1月龄幼兔 18只 ,采用 Nur-mamedov NN术式 ,手术前后观察眼部情况 ,眼压 ,眼轴变化。结果 :术后不同时期两组眼轴长度差异不显著 (经 t检验 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后眼压与术前差异不显著 (经 t检验 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,病理观察发现实验组比对照组炎性反应明显 ,新生血管和成纤维细胞丰富 ,并长入植片间隙内 ,两组新生血管累计平均数差异非常显著 (经 t检验 ,P <0 .0 1) ,未发现严重并发症及不良反应。结论 :国产涤纶片生物相容性好可以作为后巩膜加固术的材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our purpose was to compare the characteristics of domestic dacron patch with those of imported hard meninges in scleral reinforcement. Methods:All 18 growing rabbits underwent scleral reinforcement. One eye was implanted with dacron patch and the other with hard meninges.Then the intraocular pressure and central axis were evaluated.After the animals were killed and both eyes were enucleated,we observed the local changes. Results:The central axis increased gradually in both groups,but had no significant difference between two eyes (P> 0.05 ). The intraocular pressure did not increase in both eyes(P>0.05). Under light microscope,the experimental group showed obvious inflammatory reaction and abundant neovascular. The patch was solidly attached to the globe with the reaction tissue extending into the interstices. Conclusion:Domestic dacron patch can be used as scleral reinforcement material.更多还原
