高血压患者血中活性氧、一氧化氮和氧化低密度脂蛋白的变化及其意义
Active Oxygen,Nitric Oxide and Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein in Hypertension and the Clinic Implication
【摘要】 目的 :探讨活性氧、一氧化氮 (NO)和氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OXL DL )在高血压致冠心病中的作用。方法 :分别用 EL ISA法、铜镀镉还原法和黄嘌呤氧化法测定 OXL DL、NO和超化物歧化酶 (SOD)。结果 :高血压患者血中OXL DL浓度明显升高 ,NO、SOD含量明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。单纯高血压组和高血压合并冠心病组 OXL DL浓度均明显升高 ,NO及 SOD含量均明显降低。相关分析 ,OXL DL与 NO呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :高血压患者血中活性氧、OXL DL、NO的相互作用是引发和促进高血压合并冠心病的原因之一
【Abstract】 Objective:Our purpose was to investigate changes of plasma active oxygen,nitric oxide(NO), and oxidized low density lipoprotein(OXLDL) in hypertension and the clinic implications.Methods: The levels of plasma OXLDL, serum NO, super oxid dismutase (SOD) were measured in 50 normal controls and 87 patients with EH, including 30 with pure EH and 30 with coronary heart disease. Results: The plasma OXLDL levels were markedly higher and the serum NO,SOD levels were markedly lower in patients with EH than those in controls (P< 0.01). The levels of OXLDL in pure EH and EH C were significantly higher, but NO and SOD activity were significantly lower than those of controls. The changes of OXLDL, NO and SOD were more obvious in EH C than in P EH. The analysis of linear correlation showed that the levels of OXLDL negatively correlated with NO (P<0.01). Conclusion:The mutual reactions of active oxygen,NO and OXLDL were important pathogenic factors in coronary heart disease of hypertension.
