【摘要】 目的 :研究轻身调脂片 (Qing)对高血脂大鼠丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的影响。方法 :Wistar大鼠 35只 ,按性别 ,体重分层又随机的原则分为正常对照组 ,高脂模型组 ,小剂量防治组 ,大剂量治疗组。血脂用 Cobas Fara自动生化分析仪检测 ,MDA按硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)法检测 ,SOD用肾上腺素自氧化法检测。结果 :大鼠高脂食 2 0 d后 ,模型组血胆固醇 (Cho L )和 MDA明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,小剂量防治能使血MDA下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血脂下降缓慢 ,直到实验终结时 ,才恢复到正常水平。实验第 5 5 d时 ,模型组肝 MDA仍高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 SOD在实验全程中基本无变化。结论 :小剂量 Qing与高脂食物同服 ,可防治血脂升高 ,抑制血浆和肝 MDA的增加。大剂量能同时降低血脂和肝中 MDA。大小剂量组在第 5 5 d的实验中未发现对红细胞和肝中 SOD有影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Our purpose was to study the effect of Qing Shen Tiao Zhi Tablet (Qing) on malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in hyperlipoidemia animal. Methods: Thirty five Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,Ⅰ:normal control group;Ⅱ: hyperlipoidemia model group; Ⅲ: small dose prevention and cure group; Ⅳ: high dose therapy group. Blood lipid were detected by auto biochemical analysis instrument; MDA by thiobarbituric acid (TBA) reaction; SOD by the method of adrenaline. Results: On 20 th day after rats were given hyperlipoid feed, the blood ChoL and MDA in groupⅡ was higher than in normal control (P<0.01).blood MDA could be decreased by small dose prevention and cure (P<0.05), blood lipoid was decreased slowly, and was recovered into normal level until the experiment ended. On 55th day of the experiment, MDA of liver in groupⅡwas still higher than in control (P<0.05).SOD did not change during all course of the experiment. Conclusion: Taking small dose of Qing and hyperlipoid feed at the same time can prevent and cure the rising of blood lipid, inhibit the increasing of MDA in plasma and liver. High dose of Qing can decrease blood lipid and MDA in liver. No effect was found in small or high dose group on SOD of red blood cell and liver in the experiment.更多还原
