用31P磁共振仪观察左旋精氨酸对缺氧再灌注兔心肌能量代谢的影响
Effects of L Arginine on High Energy Metabolite Levels in Rabbit Heart by Phosphorus 31 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
【摘要】 目的 :研究左旋精氨酸对缺血再灌注心肌能量代谢及血管功能的作用。方法 :使家兔离体心脏缺血 180min,然后再灌注 6 0 min,实验组中的心肌保护液中加入左旋精氨酸。用 31 P磁共振仪动态观察心肌内能量的变化规律。同时观察再灌后冠状动脉流量的变化。结果 :左旋精氨酸在缺血期间能够有效地保存心肌内三磷酸腺苷和磷酸肌苷的含量并能提高再灌注后的冠状动脉流量。结论 :左旋精氨酸对缺血再灌注的兔心脏功能有良好的保护作用
【Abstract】 Objective:Our purpose was to evaluate the effects of L Arginine on energy metabolism and coronary vessel function of ischemic and reperfused rabbit myocardium. Methods:Langendorff perfused isolated rabbit heart was subjected to gobal ischemia of 180 min at 15℃ and then reperfued for 60 min at 37℃. L Arginine was added to cardioplegic solution. Myocardial adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and phosphocreatine (CrP) were measured with 31 P magnetic resonance. Coronary flow rate was evaluated also. Results:Both the ATP and CrP in the L Arginine treated group were better preserved than those in the control group during ischemia. Coronary flow rate was well protected in the L Arginine group during reperfusion. Conclusion:Cardioplegic solution supplemented with L Arginine can provide better preservation on myocardial energy storage during ischemia and protect the coronary function after reperfusion.
