颌下腺同种异体移植模型的建立
Establishment of Submandibular Gland Allografts Model in Rabbit
【摘要】 目的 :建立颌下腺同种异体原位移植的动物实验模型。方法 :应用显微外科技术 ,分别选用猪和兔进行血供重建的颌下腺同种异体移植术。术后 2 4h受体兔行同位素扫描 ,以确定移植物是否成活。结果 :猪 3例手术均失败 ,移植物存活无一超过 2 4h;16例兔存活 13例 ,成功率 81.3% ,建立了稳定的模型。结论 :为建立颌下腺同种异体移植的模型 ,必须选择适当的动物。移植手术成功的关键在于熟练的显微外科技术和术后有效的抗感染措施
【Abstract】 Objective:Our purpose was to establish an experimental model of submandibular gland allotransplantation. Methods:Young pigs and adult rabbits were selected, 3 pigs and 16 rabbits were the recipients of orthotopic submandibular gland allotransplants. Results:The successful rate of allografts operation was 0% in pigs and 81.3% in rabbits. Conclusion: Practised technic of microsurgery, operation time, and powerful antiinfective measures were essential for obtaining success.
