内源性睡眠诱导物质油酰胺的研究进展
The Development of Oleamide-an Endogenous Sleep-inducing Lipid
【摘要】 油酰胺是近几年来发现的内源性睡眠诱导物质 ,具有多种生理活性 ,是新型生物信号分子———长链脂肪酸酰胺家族的代表 .本文对其发现、生理作用、构效关系、睡眠诱导的作用机制、体内分布、生物合成、酰胺水解酶及其抑制剂进行了综述 .
【Abstract】 Oleamide is an endogenous fatty acid primary amide that accumulates in the cerebrospinal fluid under sleep deprivation and induces physiological sleep in animals.This paper reviewed its discovery,physiological activities,structure activity relationship(SAR),mechanisms of sleep inducing,distribution,biosynthesis,inactivation in animal tissues and fatty acid amide hydrolase(FAAH).
