【摘要】 合成了 7个季膦盐类化合物 ,其中 4个未见文献报道 .对合成的目标化合物进行了癌细胞杀伤实验及受体结合模型实验 .初步抗癌活性测试表明 :部分化合物对BEL(人肝癌 )、HCT 8(结肠癌 )和KB(口腔癌 )细胞有不同程度的抑制活性 ,其中油溶性的化合物 (Ⅲ )对 3种癌细胞有显著的抑制作用 ,而引入了水溶性基团的磺基膦化物 (Ⅳ )～ (Ⅶ )均无明显活性更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven phosphoniums were designed and synthesized (four of which are new compounds).The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of those compounds were active against BEL,HCT 8 and KB to different degrees.Among these,the lipophilic compound (Ⅲ) exhibited remarkable antitumor activity,but the water dissolved compounds(Ⅳ)～(Ⅶ) hadn′t shown good antitumor activities.更多还原
