三品系西方蜜蜂基因组DNA多态性分析研究(二)
Genomic DNA polymorphic analysis in 3 strains of wesrtern bee(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 采用9 种随机引物( K,5’CGGCCCCTGT3’;L,5’CAGCGGTACC3’;M,5’ACCAGGTTGG3’;N,5’GTCGGAATTC3’;S,5’TAATCACTGT3’;W,5’CGGCCCCGGT3’;X,5’GTAGTCACAC3’;Y,5’CTGCAGGACA3’;Z,5’CGGCCCGGTA3’) 和PCR 技术扩增不同产蜜量的三品系西蜂( 喀尼阿兰、平湖、美意)的DNA 基因组。结果K 引物在高产蜜量的喀尼阿兰和美意二品系蜜蜂扩增产物中发现K700bp 的特异DNA 片段。
【Abstract】 random primes: K(5’\|CGGCCCCTGT\|3’),L(5’\|CAGCGGTACC\|3’),M(5’\|ACCAGGTTGG\|3’),N(5’\|GTCGGAATTC\|3’),S(5’\|TAATCACTGT\|3’),W(5’\|CGGCCCCGGT\|3’),X(5’\|GTAGTCACAC\|3’),Y(5’\|CTGCAGGACA\|3’),Z(5’\|CGGCCCGGTA\|3’)and PCR were used to amplify the genomic DNA in 3 strains of western bee (Carniolian bee,Pinghu and American Italian bee) which were different in honey production.The results showed that prime K produced a special 700bp fragment which was found Carniolian bee and American Italian bee had high honey production.
