【摘要】 采用 HPLC法测定银杏叶中白果内酯、银杏内酯 A、B、C的含量 ,并测出不同生长季节及生长年限的含量变化。结果表明 :总萜内酯含量在 8月份最高 ;幼树叶的含量明显高于老树 ,并伴随树龄的增长 ,总萜内酯含量逐渐下降更多还原

【Abstract】 Content of ginkgolide A,B,C and bilobalide and change regularity were determined by HPLC in Ginkgo biloba leaves in the various seasons and tree′s ages. The results are as follows: The total terpene lactones in the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. are the highest in august; The total terpene lactones in young tree′s leaves are higher than those in the old tree′s leaves;following in the train of increase in the tree′s age, the concentration of the total terpene lactones was gradually declined.更多还原
