氟乙酰胺中毒生物监测指标的应用研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨氟乙酰胺中毒时血中柠檬酸盐和尿氟两项生物监测指标对诊断的应用意义。方法 利用酶法测定血清柠檬酸盐、氧瓶燃烧—氟电极法测定尿氟,对中毒的人和大鼠进行动态监测。结果 人和动物在发病初期两项生物监测指标均明显升高,并随着中毒时间的延长而逐渐降低。动物实验有剂量-效应关系;抽搐、死亡与柠檬酸盐的含量有关。结论 两项监测指标有较好的敏感性和特异性,它们的同时应用对诊断有重要的参考价值。同时,本文为氟乙酰胺中毒机理的进一步完善积累了资料。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of two possible biomonitoring indexes, blood citrate and urine floride, for diagnosing fluoroacetamide poisoning.Methods Blood citrate and urine floride were dynamically analysed by enzyme and oxygen flask/ fluoride selective electrode methods respectively, in rats and in human. Results Both tested indexes increased obviously in animals and in human in the initial stages of poisoning, and they dropped gradually along with the course of poisoning. A dose - effect relationship was observed in the animal. Convulsion and death of the animals related to the contents of citrate. Floride could be decomposed and excreted quite fast in rats.Conclusions It is demonstrated that the two indexes are sensitive and specific, and that the combinative application of this two tests are valuable in diagnosing fussol poisoning. This paper also provides some data on mechanism of fluoroacetamide poisoning.
