【Abstract】 The key to exploitation and utilization of fraction Ⅰ protein (FⅠP) is the technique of extracting FⅠP from tobacco leaves. The method of simple and large extraction of FⅠP was found after studying and exploring many times. With the method, 5.12g FⅠP of high purity and 6.27g FⅡP can be obtained from every 1000g fresh leaves. The amino acid composition of FⅠP was analyzed. Results showed that FⅠP contained complete amino acids, the average essential amino acid contents were much higher than that of the FAO reference protein standard. Besides, according to homogenized leaf curing (HLC) process, the tobacco leaves from which FⅠP and FⅡP were extracted have a lower protein content, and can be used as a material for producing safer cigarettes.更多还原
