【Abstract】 Effects of jasmonic acid on the growth of tobacco seedlings have been studied. The results showed that foliage spring of jasmonic acid(2.8×10 -4 mol/L～4.2×10 -4 mol/L)in seedling bed stage made the seedlings stronger, raised the peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity in leaves,and thus accelerated regreening after transplanting, enhanced the resistance of the plants to water stress. The levels of iPA,IAA and GA 3 were increased when the seedlings were sprayed with increased dosage of jasmonic acid.更多还原
