【摘要】 目的：验证国产α受体阻滞剂乌拉地尔注射液（利喜定）对急重症高血压的降压效果及不良反应。方法：进行多中心平行随机对照开放试验，采用静脉先推后滴方法，同时定时测定患者的收缩压、舒张压及心率变化，并监测患者心电图、血常规、尿常规、血清谷丙转氨酶及尿素氮。结果：本组４１例开放试验，显效１６例（３９．０％），有效２３例（５６．１％），无效２例（４．９％），总有效率９５．ｌ％。用药后平均收缩压下降４３．９７ｍｍＨｇ（Ｐ＜０．００１），平均舒张压下降２８．５６ｍｍＨｇ（Ｐ＜０．００１＝，平均心率下降３．３９次／分（Ｐ＜０．００１＝，用药前后心电图、血常规、尿常规、谷丙转氨酶及尿素氮无异常改变。结论：利喜定对急重症高血压及围手术期高血压是一安全、可靠、速效降压制剂，疗效确切，与其它ａ受体阻断剂相比，无反射性心率加快，未发现对肝肾功能的损害，不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To verify the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of α-receptor blocker, domestic urapidil, on severe hypertension. METHODS: Observation was carried out in a multi-center, random sampling and controlled pattern. Drug was iv injected first and then infused. At the same time, the patients’ systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, EKG, blood & urine routine, serum GPT and urea nitrogen were measured and examined.RESULTS: Of 41 cases in this series. 16 satis- factory(39.0%), 23 improved (56.1%), 2 unsatisfactory(4.9%) .The total effective rate was 95.1%. After drug administra- tion, systolic pressure was lowered by 43 .97mmHg(P < 0. 001), diastolic pressure declined by 28.56mmHg(P < 0.001) and heart rate fell 3. 39 beat/ min on the average.There were no abnormal findings after drug administration in EKG, blood & urene routine, GPT and urea nitrogen. CONCLUSION: Urapidil is a safe, reliable and quick-acting hypotensor for severe and perioperative hypertension. In comparison with other α-receptor blockers, it does not induce reflex tachycardia and impairment of hepatic and renal functions and its adverse reactions are slight.更多还原
