【摘要】 目的 :研究肾舒胶囊的制备工艺。方法 :根据肾舒胶囊中的药物所含有效成分的理化性质 ,提取工艺分为三类进行 :水蛭原粉入药 ;紫苏叶提取挥发油 ;黄芪等5味药以及紫苏叶提油后的药渣加水群药共煎。结果 :水蛭在50℃烘干 ,粉碎成120目细粉 ;采用L4(23)正交表优选紫苏油提取工艺条件为加水量是药材量的30倍 ,浸泡1h ,提取8h ;采用L9(34)正交表优选水提取工艺条件为加水量是药材量的12倍 ,浸泡0 5h ,每次煎煮1 5h ,煎煮2次。结论 :肾舒胶囊制备工艺可行更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation processes of Shenshu capsules.METHODS:On the basis of physical and chemical properties of the effective components of drugs,the preparation processes comprised three parts:Leech was crushed to powders;Oil was extracted from purple perilla leafs and other five kinds of herbs(astragalus root etc.)along with extracted remains of purple perilla leafs were decocted in water.RESULTS:Leech should be stove at 50℃ and crushed to powders of sieve mesh number 100.With the orthogonal table of L4(23),the optimum condition for oil extraction was that water was 30 times of herbs in weight,soaking time was an hour and extracting time eight hours.With the orthogonal table of L9(34),the optimum amount of water for decoction was 12 times as much as herbs and herbs were soaked for half an hour,decocted for one and half an hours and decocted twice.CONCLUSION:The results of experiment make it clear that the preparation processes of Shenshu enteric capsules are feasible.更多还原
