【摘要】 目的 :研究通脉络胶囊的药理作用。方法 :建立不同的动物模型。纯蛋清和二甲苯为致炎物质 ;0 6 %醋酸为致痛物质 ;建立颈总动脉 -颈外静脉体外循环旁路 ,用直流电连续刺激大鼠一侧颈动脉 ,制备血栓模型 ;给大鼠皮下注射大剂量的肾上腺素 (Adr) ,制备血瘀模型 ;给兔耳静脉注射脑垂体后叶素 ,造成急性心肌缺血状态 ;小鼠于密闭的容器中造成缺氧环境。各实验均设高、低剂量组(治疗组 )、阳性、水对照组。结果 :治疗组与水对照组比较有极显著性差异 (P<0 01) ;与阳性对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 05)。结论 :通脉络胶囊有显著的抗炎、镇痛、抗血栓形成、活血化瘀、抗心肌缺血和耐常压缺氧作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacological effect of Tongmaile capsule.METHODS:Preparing different animal models:using pure egg white and dimethyl benzene as causing-inflammation substance and 0 6% acetic acid as alogogenic substance,establishing a bypass of the common carotid artery and external jugular vein extracorporeal circulation and using direct current continuously to stimulate the carotid artery on one side of the neck of rats to prepare a thrombus model,by subcutaneous injection of a large dose of Adrenaline(Adr) into rats to prepare a blood stasis model,by injection of pituitrin into the rabbits’ ear veins to result in acute cardiac muscle blood-deficiency,and putting mice into the closed containers to stay in oxygen-deficient environment.Each experiment had four groups:the high and low dose Tongmaile groups(the treated groups),a positive control group,a water control group.RESULTS:The parameters of treated groups had a significant difference (P<0 01) in comparison with the water control group and a remarkable difference (P<0 05) compared with the positive control group.CONCLUSION:Tongmaile capsule had remarkable effects of anti-inflammation,analgesia anti-thrombosis,anti-ischemia,activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and an obvious anoxia-tolerance effect under normal pressure.更多还原
