【摘要】 目的 :研究5 %碳酸氢钠注射液进行细菌内毒素检查的可行性。方法 :通过加浓盐酸中和样品溶液、沸水浴和冰浴后 ,再考察中和液对鲎试验的干扰性。结果 :中和液按1∶4稀释后 ,用灵敏度为0 125EU/ml的鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素检查无干扰。结论 :细菌内毒素检查法似可代替兔法热原检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 ATM:To study the feasibility of bacterial endotoxins test(BET)for 5% sodium bicarbonate injection.METHOD_S:After neutralized with concentrated hydrochloric acid,the sodium bicarbonate injection was bathed with the boiling water and the ice.The interference of the neutralization solution for BET was investigated.RESULTS:When the neutralization solution was diluted to four times,endotoxin could be assayed by TAL with the sensitivity of 0 125EU/ml.CONCLUSTON:The bacterial endotoxins test can replace the pyrogen test for the sodium bicarbonate injection.更多还原
