【摘要】 探讨血小板输注的适应症及效果,对35例次(26例病人)因不同病因致血小板减少而作血小板输注的患儿进行临床研究。测定输注前及输注后24小时血小板计数。计算输后血小板增值、回升率及纠正计数指数(CCI)。比较输注前后出血症状,评价疗效。结果表明,输注后出血症状改善者24/28例次(85.7%)。输后24小时血小板增值为(28.94±10.97)×109/L(X±S);回升率为57.98±18.51%,达到正常预期值(60%)者16例次(45.7%);CCI为(7.00±2.15)×109/L,>7.5×109/L者18例次(51.4%)。因此,血小板输注可预防和治疗血小板减少所致的出血。评价其效果除了观察血小板增值、回升率及CCI外,临床出血症状的明显改善是最直接最实际的准则更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the indication and the clinical effects of platelet et transfusico.35 cases (26 patients) with thrombocytopeia of different causes were transfused with platelet and subsequently investigated. The platelet counts were taken before and 24hrs after platelet tmnsfasio.The Increment of platelet, recovery and corrected count increment (CCI) were measured. The symptoms of bleeding before and after transfusion were compared and the effects assessed.Results Show the symptoms of bleeding were reduced significantly after transfusion in 24/28 cases (85.7%). The results of increment、recovery and CCI were (28.94±10 97)×10 9/L,(57 98±18 51%),(7 00±2 15)×10 9/L,respectively Recovery was found higher than the normal expected value (60%) in 16 cases (45 7%),CCI higher than 7 5×10 9/L in 15 cases (42 8%). Therefore, The platelet transfusion may prevent and treat bleeding due to thrombocytopenia. Apart from the increment,recovery and CCI, reduotion of bleeding is the most direct and practical criterion in assessing the effects of transfusion. (Original article on page 5)更多还原
