【摘要】 目的　研究农村女性自杀未遂者产生自杀未遂行为的相关因素。方法　应用自编的自杀未遂者自杀原因与方式调查表 ,家庭环境量表 ,心理评定量表 ,对 12 8名自杀未遂者进行测查、评定 ,并进行 1:1的对照研究。结果　自杀未遂者的自杀原因主要为婚恋家庭矛盾 (4 3.8% ) ,邻里关系矛盾 (2 5 .8% ) ;自杀方式主要为服毒服药 (4 9.2 % )、自溺 (2 5 .8% )、自缢(16 .4% )。研究组与对照组在家庭亲密度、文化性、娱乐性、组织性的不满意程度上及家庭矛盾性方面有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。自杀未遂者具有焦虑、疑心、抑郁、病态人格、脱离现实等性格缺陷。研究组中 2 2例能做出精神病学诊断。结论　农村女性产生自杀未遂行为与其性格缺陷 ,不良家庭环境及精神病状态有关 ,应积极进行干预更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the related factors and interventions of attempted suicide woman in countryside.Method 128 cases of attempted suicide woman in countryside were assessed with self made inventories,FES CV and psychological scales,the results were compared with that of 128 normal controls. Result The main causes of suicide were conflict of family and marrige ( 43 8 %),neighbour conflict (25 8%).The main methods of suicide were taking overdose or poisoning oneself(49 2%),drowning oneself(25 8%),hanging oneself(16 4%).Compared with the control group,it was obviously different in the factors of cohesion,culture,active recreation , organization and family conflict.Attempted suicides had character disorder of anxiety,suspicion, depression ,psychopathic and dereism.22 cases in study group were diagnosed as psychosis.Conclusion Attempt suicide behavior in countryside woman had some relation with charactor disorder , unhealth family environment and mental disorder. The results showed that active inteventions were needed.更多还原
