【摘要】 目的　探讨鼻咽癌病人的心理健康水平与免疫功能之间的相关关系。方法　作者采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )对 6 1例鼻咽癌病人心理健康水平进行了评定 ,并测定其免疫功能。用典则相关分析的方法探讨两者的关系。结果　焦虑、抑郁、阳性项目数与 Ig M和 CD4/ CD8呈负相关。结论　提高鼻咽癌病人的心理健康水平 ,有助于改善其免疫功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation between the psychological health level and immune function in the patients with NPC Methods The psychological health level of 61 patients with NPC were assessed by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL 90) and the immune functions were tested Canonical correlation analysis was used to study their relationship Results The factors of anxiety, depression, positive item number were negatively related to IgM and CD 4/CD 8 Conclusion It instrumental in improving immune functions of the patients with NPC to increase the psychological health level更多还原
