【摘要】 目的　探讨 2型糖尿病患者抑郁、焦虑情绪状况。方法　用抑郁、焦虑自评量表评定 48例 2型糖尿病患者。结果 2型糖尿病患者的抑郁、焦虑评分显著高于空腹血糖低、无并发症的患者 ;使用胰岛素的患者抑郁分显著高于未使用者 ,而是否使用胰岛素的患者焦虑分间无显著差异。不同性别、病程及劳动类型间的患者抑郁及焦虑分无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 2型糖尿病患者存在明显的抑郁及焦虑情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the depression and anxiety state of the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods We have rated 48 patients with type 2 diabetes using self rating depressing scale(SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results The scores of SDS,SAS in the patients were significantly higher than the norm.The scores of SDS,SAS in the patients with complications and higher FBS were notably higher than those of normal controls. The score of SDS in the patients injecting insulin were significantly higher than the patients without it and the scores of SAS between the two groups had not notable difference. There were no significant differences of SDS,SAS scores between the patients with different seses,duration and labor type.Conclusion The patients with type 2 diabetes have significant emotion of depression and anxiety.The depression and anxiety of the patients were influenced by many factors.更多还原
