【摘要】 目的　探讨沿海城市与农村儿童行为问题的检出率及相关因素。方法　应用 Achenbach儿童行为量表 ,采用整群分层随机抽样方法 ,调查了沿海城市与农村 2 112名 6～ 11岁儿童。结果　研究发现儿童行为问题的检出率城市农村分别为 2 2 .0 3%和 2 0 .0 0 % ,两组间、性别间及各年龄组行为问题的检出率无显著性差异。多元逐步回归分析揭示儿童行为问题的主要危险因素 ,城市组依次为婴幼儿期患病、考前父母态度差、同学关系差、在托时间长、停止尿床时间晚、母孕期有不利因素、亲子关系差和学习不好时父母态度差 ,农村组依次为学习成绩差、母亲患病、教育方式不当、个人爱好少、非母乳喂养、婴幼儿期患病和母孕期有不利因素。结论　儿童行为问题的发生不是单一因素的作用 ,而是多因素的综合作用所致更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aims of this paper is to explore the prevalance of children and relative factors of behavior problem of children in coastal city and country Methods taking whole cluster stratified random simpling method and investigated 2112 school children who aged 6~11 by Achenbach Child Behavior Scale Results The study has shown that the prevalance of child behavior problem is 22 03% in city and 20 00% in country There are not significant difference between city and country in prevalance of child behavior problem The multiple regression analysis has shown that the main dangerous factors of child behavior problem in city included disease during baby and children period,incorrect manner of parent before examining,bad relationship with classmates,long period in nursery,late time of stopping to wet the bed,bad factors in mother pregnaney bad relationship between parent and children, and in country included the achievement is not good,mother sicking disease,the manner of education is incorrect,the individual hobby is lower,no mother milk feed and disadvantaged factors in mother pregnancy Conclusion The child behavior problem is the results of interaction of multiple factors更多还原
