【摘要】 目的　探讨家庭心理教育对精神分裂症康复的影响。方法　采用对照研究的方法 ,对病人家属进行家庭心理教育 ,应用 BPRS和 M- SDSS量表对病人进行评定。结果　在两年间的历次评定中 ,研究组病人 BPRS和 M- SDSS量表评分明显低于对照组。多因素分析结果表明 :家庭心理教育是精神分裂症复发的最主要影响因素。结论　家庭心理教育对促进精神分裂症病人康复具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the Family Psycho eduction for rehabilitation on patients with schizophrenia Methods Using the control study and rating the patients by BPRS and M SDSS scale and taking the psycho eduction to the relatives of the patients Results The scores of BPRS and M SDSS in the study group are lower than control group in every rating time during two years;The result of the multiple stepwise regression analysis had shown that the family psycho eduction is the most important factor to prevent the relaps of schizophrenia Conclusion Taking the family psycho eduction has active significance in rehabilitation of the patients with schizophrenia更多还原
