【摘要】 目的　探讨儿童无晶体后囊支持的后房型人工晶体植入。方法　 1 6例 ( 1 6眼 ) 3 5～ 8岁儿童行穿透巩膜的后房型人工晶体缝线固定植入术。结果　随访 6～ 37个月 ,平均 1 8个月。手术反应较轻 ,远期无不良反应 ,视力恢复良好。结论　儿童后房型人工晶体缝线固定植入术是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To Study the posterior chamber IOLs implantation in the absence of posterior capsular support in children. Methods By transscleral suture fixation posterior chamber IOLs were implanted in 16 eyes (16 patients) with ages range from 3 5 to 8 years. Results They were followed up for 6～37 months, mean duration 18 months. The eye reaction after operation was mild, and the postoperative visual acuity recovered well. Conclusion The result showed that the suture fixation of posterior chamber IOLs implantation is a safe and effective technique in children.更多还原
