【摘要】 目的　观察左旋多巴对猫弱视眼模型的作用 ,以探讨弱视的发病机理。方法　对 1 4只猫斜视性弱视模型 ,分别以左旋多巴 2 0mg/kg ,4 0mg/kg ,安慰剂 3组灌胃给药 ,观测猫的图形视觉诱发电位。结果　左旋多巴能一定程度地缩短猫斜视性弱视眼的P10 0 波峰潜时及提高P10 0 波幅值。结论用左旋多巴对猫斜视性弱视模型灌胃给药 1 2周 ,能一定程度地改善其弱视眼的传导和感觉功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of levodopa (LDP) on strabismic amblyopia model eyes in cats, and explore amblyopia pathogenesis. Methods The PVEP of 14 cat′s amblyopia eyes was detected before and after a 12week period′s stomachperfusion with LDP for 20mg group and 40mg group contrasting with placebo group. Results The P100 wave′s latent time of amblyopia eyes in the cats was decurtated, but amplitude ascended after being treated with LDP. Conclusion The function of visual conduction and sensory in strabismic amblyopia cat′s eyes partly was improved following a 12week period stomachperfusion of LDP.更多还原
