间接免疫荧光抗体法对鸡传染性支气管炎病毒进行抗原定位

【摘要】 应用间接免疫荧光抗体(IFA)法对IBV感染后SPF鸡不同脏器进行了跟踪检测。结果发现,在IBV感染后的第7天,在气管、肾脏、脾脏、肺脏和肝脏等组织细胞中均不同程度地出现特异性的荧光。表明在感染的初期,IBV具有广泛的组织嗜性;在感染的第10天,只有肾脏、气管或肺脏中呈现荧光,而以肾脏中的荧光最强,特异性荧光持续时间最长的是肾脏,可达14天,病毒存在于肾小管间质内浸润的淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞胞浆中。实验结果证实,IFA方法具有直观、特异等特点,在抗原定位上具有独特的优点。

【Abstract】 IFA was used to detect differene organs of SPF chickens infected IBV. Result showed that there were differene degree specific immuno- fluonrecent in cells of trachea, kidney, spleen, lung and liver. It showed that IBV has broad tissue tropism early period of infection. At 10 days post infection, there was light in only kidney and lung, and the light is most noticable in kidney. The lasting time of immuno-flu- onrecent in kidney can last 14 days and is loger than others. Virus was in lymphocytes and macrophage of the mesenchyma of renaltubule clearance. The result’s indicate that IFA is direct and specific. It is to antigen locating.
