【摘要】 应用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)技术制备的TB_PCR试剂盒对来自新疆 6个牛场的 2 38份血样、奶样、口腔分泌物标本中结核分枝杆菌进行检测 ,结果显示 :TB_PCR试剂盒对 40份奶样标本进行检测 ,7头牛为阳性 ,阳性检出率 17.5 %。TB_PCR试剂盒对 178份血样标本的检测 ,2 3头牛为阳性 ,阳性检出率为 12 .92 %。TB_PCR试剂盒对 2 0份口腔分泌物标本中结核分枝杆菌检测结果均为阴性。本试验中共计检测 6个牛场的 2 38份不同标本的PCR阳性牛共计 2 7头 ,阳性检出率为 3.0 2 %。将PCR和传统的PPD检测方法的结果比较显示出PPD检出阳性率高于PCR ,PPD检出阳性牛 39头 ,检出阳性率 6 .7%。本试验对口腔分泌物标本的检测结果不理想。总之 ,TB_PCR试剂盒在检测牛结核病不同标本中显示出快速、特异等优点。为今后牛结核病的检测工作提供了一条新途径更多还原

【Abstract】 The 238 specimens of blood and milk of M.bovis from six farms in XinJiang were detected by TB_PCR KIT which made by using the Polymerase Chain Reaction technology in our lab.The results indicated that seven cases were positive in 40 samples of milk and the positive rate was 17.5%,Meanwhile,23 cases were positive in 178 samples of blood and the positive rate was 12.92%.238 varied specimens tested from six farm in this experiment,PCR positive cases were 27 in all and positive rate was 3.02.PCR results were compared with PPD,the positive rate of PPD was higher than PCR,which was 6.7% (39).Generally speaking,TB_PCR KIT was rapid,specific in detecting vary kinds of samples of M.bovis and provide a new approach for the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis in future.更多还原
