【摘要】 用法国赛比克公司提供的MontanideISA5 0佐剂和白油司盘佐剂配制的灭活疫苗对牛进行免疫试验 ,通过临床观察和血清中和抗体跟踪检测 ,结果表明 ,用MontanideISA5 0佐剂配制的疫苗在保持免疫效果的基础上 ,在降低疫苗接种反应上明显优于白油佐剂灭活苗 ,同时该疫苗在 4℃保存 4个月仍能保持良好免疫效果更多还原

【Abstract】 The immunity tests were proceeded with inactive Bovine Ephemeral Fever vaccines produced by two kinds of adjuvant:Montanide ISA50 adjuvant provided by French Sepic company and white oil adjuvant.Based on clinical observation and detection of serum neutralization test,the results show that the vaccine produced by Montanide ISA50 adjuvant surpasses the white oil adjuvant vaccine in the aspect of reducing the vaccinating reaction.It shows stable and good immunity after storage for four months at 4℃.更多还原
