传染性法氏囊病病毒变异株弱毒的培育
Attenuation of Variant Strains of Infectious Bursal Disease Virus
【摘要】 传染性法氏囊病病毒 3个变异野毒株 (JD1、JD2 、NB)和 2个经典血清型Ⅰ毒株 (HZ1、SC)直接在鸡胚成纤维细胞上传代 ,均能不同程度地产生细胞病变效应 (CPE)。将 5个毒株 2 1代细胞毒连续回归鸡体 5代 ,除JD1外 ,其余毒株均能不同程度导致法氏囊病变。HZ14 1、JD135、SC38、JD2 37、NB38代细胞毒在鸡体内回归 5代 ,均未见法氏囊的眼观病变和组织学变化 ,囊指数保持稳定 ,说明HZ1、SC、JD1、JD2 、NB 5个毒株分别经CEF传 41、38、2 1~ 35、37、38代 ,已培育成毒力相对稳定的弱毒株
【Abstract】 Three variant strains(JD 1,JD 2,NB)and two classic strains(HZ 1,SC) of infectious bursal disease virus were adapted in chickens embryo fibroblasts(CEF),cytopathic effect(CPE) were observed in 24-48 hours.The five strains were passaged 21 times in CEF,and then those were passaged 5 times repeatedly in specific-pathogen-free chickens respectively,four virus strains of JD 2、NB、HZ 1、SC caused the visual bursa of Fabricius(BF)lesions expect for JD 1 strain.However those with 35-41 times had no BF lesions,nor bursa-body index changes.The result showed that IBDV-JD 1、JD 2、NB、HZ 1、SC were attenuated in CEF after 21-35、37、38、41、38 passages respectively.
