【Abstract】 days old SPF chickens were inoculated with different dose （10 3.8 ～10 4.9 TOCID 50 /One chicken） of IBV nephropathogenic type attenuated strain J9,and then challenged with part of virulent IBV nephropathogenic type strains HV,NB90,L₁ and TJ which isolated in China and standard nephropathogenic type virulent strain T which is from Australia.Three tests indicated preliminarily that the J9 strain have a different degree of immuno_protectiveness against these virulent IBV strains.更多还原
