沙拉沙星对鸡细菌病的药效学研究

【摘要】 用两倍试管稀释法测得沙拉沙星对鸡白痢沙门氏菌C79.13 、鸡大肠杆菌078 、鸡多杀巴氏杆菌C481 的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.078、0.039、0 .312μg/ml,明显优于对照药物诺氟沙星及氯霉素。沙拉沙星按高剂量(100mg·L-1 水)、中剂量(50mg·L-1水) 、低剂量(25mg-L-1水) 混饮,连用3 天,对人工感染鸡的3 种常见细菌病均可取得明显的疗效,3 个剂量组对鸡白痢的治愈率分别为100% 、100 % 、93.3% ;对鸡大肠杆菌病的治愈率分别为96.7% 、96.7% 、93.3% ;对鸡巴氏杆菌病的治愈率分别为96.7 % 、90% 、83.3% ,显示出在鸡病防治上的良好应用前景

【Abstract】 Pharmacodynamics of sarafloxacin against three common bacterial diseases was studied.Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC S)of sarafloxacin were assesed for three pathogens S.pullorum, E.coli and P.multocida associated with chicken diseases by twofold dilution method in vitro.The results revealed that sarafloxacin had an excellent potent against tested pathogens and its minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIS S) for Salmonella pullorum, Escherichia coli,Pasteurella multocida were 0.078,0.039,0.312 μg/ml respectively. Sarafloxacin has better antibacterial activity compared to chloramphenicol and norfloxacin.Following treatment with three doses sarafloxacin (high dose 100mg·L -1 ,middle dose 50mg L -1 ,low dose 25mg·L -1 via the drinking water for 3 successive days in artifically infected chickens, the cure rates of three dose drugs against salmonellosis were 100%, 100%,93.3%,against colibacillosis in chicks 96.7%, 96.7%, 93.3% and against fowl cholera 96.7%, 90%,83.3% respectively.The above studies predict a great potential for sarafloxacin in the treatment of a wide range of bacterid diseases in chickens.
