【摘要】 本文采用NBT比色法检测了丝毛乌骨鸡和北京油鸡间不同性别、不同组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性 ,结果表明 ,两品种各组织SOD活性的高低顺序是肾 >肝 >脾、胰 >肌肉 ;♂个体各组织SOD活性略高于♀个体各相应组织 ;在♂个体比较中 ,北京油鸡各组织SOD活性略高于丝毛乌骨鸡各相应组织 ;而在♀个体比较中 ,北京油鸡各组织SOD活性略低于丝毛乌骨鸡各相应组织。更多还原

【Abstract】 The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in several tissues of both sexes of Silkies and Beijing Fatty Chickens was studied with the NBT colorimetry. The results showed that the SOD activity of tissues was arranged as kidney>hepatic>spleen and pancreas>muscle.The SOD activity of male was higher than that of female.Male Beijing Fatty Chickens was slightly higher than male Silkies in SOD activity but the scene was just reversed for female.更多还原
