【Abstract】 Suspension germicidal test was used to compare the germicidal efficacy of complex iodine (iodophors) and tinctura iodi. The results indicated that with same available iodine content of 500 mg / L or 5000 mg / L and same contact time, the efficacy of these two kinds of disinfectants in killing Escherichia colt, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was essentially equal. Neither complex iodine nor tinctura iodi solution containing 5000 mg / L available iodine with a 240 minute contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity.更多还原
