【摘要】 悬液定量杀菌试验表明 ,过氧化氢与碘化钾浓度均为 0 12 5%的混合液 ,对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌作用 1min ,杀灭率均为 99 97% ;两者浓度均为 0 2 50 %的混合液 ,作用 0 5min可将两菌杀灭99 98%。 0 2 50 %过氧化氢作用 3min ,对两菌杀灭率均 <4 0 % ,0 2 50 %碘化钾则无明显杀菌作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Suspension quantitative bactericidal test indicated that the mixed solution of 0 125% hydrogen peroxide and 0 125% potassium iodide with a 1 min contact time could kill 99 97% of both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli and the mixed solution of 0 250% solutions of both ingredients with a 0 5 min contact time could kill 99 98% of both bacteria 0 250% hydrogen peroxide with a 3 min contact time could kill <40% of both bacteria and 0 250% potassium iodide did not show obvious bactericidal efficacy更多还原
