【Abstract】 The influence of peptone on available iodine and germicidal efficacy was observed by adding peptones produced by different factories to the iodophor solution The results showed that 0 1% peptone could reduce available iodine content in iodophor solution by ≥24% (60/250) The rate of reduction varied with the peptone produced by different factories, therefore the peptones of different brands at same concentration exerted influence to different degrees on efficacy of iodophor in killing Escherichia coli更多还原
