【摘要】 目的　观察中西医结合治疗中、重度乳腺腺病的疗效。方法　对 72 6例中、重度乳腺腺病者采用三苯氧胺片 10mg ,每日 2次口服 ;平消胶囊 6～ 8粒 ,每日 3次口服 ,均饭后服用。结果　治疗有效率 10 0 % ,临床部分治愈率 5 92 % ,完全治愈率 94 0 8%。结论　三苯氧胺和平消胶囊的中西医结合治疗适合临床应用 ,尤其对目前治疗比较棘手、疗效较差的中、重度乳腺腺病者更值得推荐更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of integrated traditional and western medicine (Tamoxifen and Canelim,TC)therapy on middle and severe adenosis of mammary.Methods TC was used to treat 726 patients,who were suffering middle and severe status of adenosis of mammary.Tamoxifen tablet was taken orally 10mg each time,twice daily and Canelim capsule orally 6～8 capsules once,three times daily,all were after meal.Results The total effective rate were 100%.Six hundred and eighty-three cases among the 726 patients were completely cured (CCR:94.08%),43 cases were partly cured (PCR:5.92%).Conclusion TCM-WM therapy with Tamoxifen and Canelim capsule appears extremely promising as a new method for treating adenosis of mammary.It is particularly suitable for treating the middle and severe patients with adenosis of mammary.更多还原
