【摘要】 目的　探讨诊治急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的有效方法。方法　回顾性分析 1 978年 8月至 1 999年8月间收治的 1 9例急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的诊断和治疗方法。结果　 1 995年前诊治的 1 2例中有 5例死亡 ,1 995年后行不同长度肠切除术 +外周抗凝治疗及经肠系膜上动脉插管持续应用尿激酶溶栓治疗 ,7例病人均存活。结论　急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成应尽早诊治 ,选择性肠系膜上动脉造影并留置导管持续给予溶栓治疗是一具有诊断与治疗双重作用的好方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore an effective method to diagnose and treat acute superior mesenteric venous thrombosis.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 19 patients who have acute superior mesenteric venous thrombosis since 1978 to 1999 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 12 patients received treatment before 1995,and 5 of them died.7 patients were treated after 1995 using peripheral anticoagulant therapy plus enterectomy and transmesenteric arterial catheterized and thrombolytic therapy with urokinase,and none died.Conclusion Acute superior mesenteric venous thrombosis should be treated as soon as possible.Selective superior mesenteric arteriography and indwelling catheter for the thrombolytic therapy is effective to diagnose and treat this disease.更多还原
