【摘要】 目的　探讨胰肾联合移植治疗糖尿病伴糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法　总结了近期施行的 3例胰肾联合移植手术的方法、疗效及并发症的防治。结果　 3例病人移植后分别于术后 2 0小时、第 9天、15小时停用外源性胰岛素 ,于术后第 2天及第 4天肾功能恢复正常。术后仅出现排斥反应和血尿并发症。均痊愈出院 ,定期随访。结论　胰肾联合移植是治疗糖尿病伴糖尿病肾病的最有效方法。供胰肾原位灌注、快速整块切取、以预防为主、加强围手术期管理是减少各种并发症 ,取得良好疗效的有效措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation(SPK)for diabetes mellitus(DM)with diabetes neuropathy(DN).Methods The operation method,therapeutic effect and complications prevention data of 3 cases of SPK were studied.Results Exogeneous insulin were withdrawn in 20 hours,9 days,15 hours respectively after graft infusion.Kidney function were normal within 2～4 days.Acute rejection and hematuria were the only complications for these 3 cases.All three patients were discharged with normal pancreas and kidneys grafts function in 3～4 weeks.Conclusion SPK is the most effective therapeutic method for diabetes accompanied by DN.Donor grafts perfusion in situ,rapid procurement,perioperative management are effective methods to prevent complications and gain perfect effect.更多还原
